Bokkepootjes Cookies (Holland)
Ingredients:
Filling:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup finely ground almonds
Frosting:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- sugar to taste
Directions:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar. Fold in the almonds and place in a cookie press. Cover a baking sheet with greased waxed paper. Press almond mixture into ovals on waxed paper. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Remove paper at once after baking is complete.
Filling:
Beat cream until stiff, adding the remaining ingredients to flavor. Spread over an oval and top with another. Dip both ends in melted chocolate.

hai buk pa kabar? beberapa hari yg lalu, aku nyoba bikin bokkepootjes dan apa yg terjadi? lengket dengan suksesnya di loyang, setelah jadi....alhasil tuh kue akirnya jadi remah2 padahal rasanya enak bgt!! ngakalinnya selain pake parchment paper atau wax paper pake apa yah? aku sih kemaren cuman dioles mentega doang loyangnya. Kalo dialas kertas roti biasa, bisa gak yah? Hikksss...padahal ini kue favorit, pen bikin lagi, takut lengket lagi :(

Hmm kalau aku kemarin bikinnya dialasin pake kertas roti biasa yang dioles mentega, dan hasilnya alhamdulillah gak lengket-lengket banget seh, cuman emang ada beberapa yagn lengket, tapi masih bisa dicopot tanpa kebawa kertasnya...;;
Aku kemarin nyopotnya waktu setengah kering, jadi waktu belum dingin banget dah di copotin ...
Heheheh ayo kita temukan caranyaa...

abisnya kemarin aku alhamdulillah gak pake lengket segitunya, tar deh aku juga coba lagi. Khan kue favorit keluarga :)
