Padthai Non-Original





Why I called it as the non-original?
Yes, because I didn't use all of the ingredients of original recipes.
Here, you can find the original one ;)

I only use the ingredients that ready in my stock.
Now, I am difficult to find the various kind of spices which halal, especially the instant one.

Ok, I ll write the recipes that I use to make my padthai ;)

Padhtai

Bahan-bahan:

200 gram rice noddles, rendam air panas, tiriskan
3 sendok makan minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 butir telur, kocok
1/2 buah tahu besar, potong bentuk dadu
3 sendok makan gula pasir
4 sendok makan kecap ikan
4 sendok makan air asam
1 sdm kacang tanah sangrai
180 gram taoge, cuci, bersihkan
75 gram daun bawang, potong ukuran 3 cm
3 lembar daun jeruk nipis
wortel iris seperti korek api



Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak sayur di atas api sedang, lalu masukkan bawang putih, dan wortel tumis sebentar.
2. Tambahkan telur, aduk rata, tahu kuning, dan rice noddles, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan gula, kecap ikan, air asam, dan kacang tanah, aduk rata, masak selama 15 menit, lalu masukkan 1/2 resep taoge, dan daun bawang, aduk rata, masak hingga matang, angkat.
4. Taburi dengan cabai bubuk di atasnya untuk yang suka spicy, lalu sajikan bersama-sama dengan sisa taoge.
